1. Agreement to Terms
Welcome to OraPicks (https://orapicks.com). By accessing or using our website, editorial articles, reviews, or digital assets, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy.
2. Editorial Disclaimers & Pricing Volatility
OraPicks provides honest, independent journalistic reviews and product evaluations. However, product availability, specifications, manufacturer warranties, and pricing on third-party sites (such as Amazon.com) fluctuate continuously.
Price & Availability Notice
OraPicks does not publish fixed, hardcoded prices because retail marketplace pricing changes frequently. Always verify the current live price, shipping fees, seller ratings, and return policy directly on the merchant's checkout page before completing any transaction.
3. Affiliate Relationship Notice
Disclosure: As an Amazon Associate, OraPicks earns from qualifying purchases.
We may earn a commission when you click through our vetted recommendations and complete a purchase. This commission comes at no additional cost to you and helps finance our independent purchasing, lab testing, and photography.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
All original editorial prose, testing methodologies, photography, SVG vector schematics, diagrams, trademarks, and logos displayed on OraPicks are the exclusive property of OraPicks. You may not scrape, reproduce, syndicate, or redistribute our written evaluations without express written consent.
Social sharing via Pinterest pins, personal bookmarks, and standard social media links with attribution back to https://orapicks.com is warmly welcomed and encouraged.
5. Limitation of Liability
OraPicks is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While we take rigorous care in our lab testing, we make no representations or warranties of any kind regarding product performance, merchant fulfillment, or delivery times. In no event shall OraPicks, its editors, or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your reliance on our product guides.
